From our modest beginnings in the early 1980s, Landmark Nurseries, Inc. has become one of the largest wholesale growers and distributors in Texas.  Founder and CEO, Jim Prewitt, progressed from providing commercial and residential landscape services to opening the first of his wholesale nurseries in Garland, Texas.

In 1992, due to expanding needs and growing pains, we relocated to our new headquarters and distribution center in Coppell, Texas.  Over the last decade, the company has continued to grow with new distribution centers in Round Rock (1996), Fort Worth (1999), Houston (2001) and most recently San Antonio, Texas (2006).

In addition to the five wholesale distribution centers, the company operates four growing facilities located in East and Southeast Texas. From annuals, shrubs, ground covers, herbaceous perennials to trees, each operation specializes in specific facets of our product line.  The farms encompass over 900 acres and allow us greater ability to maintain fair pricing and high quality plant material.

The mission of our outstanding staff is to continue our traditions of superior customer service and top quality plant material at reasonable prices.  These traditions will continue to provide a strong foundation for our continued growth.
