New Customers
If you are interested in becoming a new customer of Landmark Nurseries, Inc., please fill out the following new customer form and either fax or return to your local distribution center.
Please note, we will also need a copy of your Nursery Floral Certificate from the Texas Department of Agriculture (1-877-542-2474). Anyone reselling plant material in the state of Texas is required to have this license.

If you are a new or current customer and do not wish to pay sales tax on material purchased from Landmark Nurseries, Inc. at the time of purchase, please fill out and sign a copy of the following Texas Resale Certificate. You may either fax or return the form to your local distribution center.
